• USPS Priority Mail and Flat-Rate have the same delivery times. I use recycled & reused packing materials when possible.
• Packages valued at $500 or more require a delivery signature.  I DO ship to USPS PO Boxes! My GMRS radios are not legal in Canada.
• Sorry, no international or APO/FPO shipments, unless you use a package forwarding service like Shippsy.com or Stackry.com.
• An addl. 3% service fee ($3 min.) will apply on refunds, store credits, holds or mods. for packed shipments.
• All payments are processed when order is placed. CA Sales Tax will be added to all California orders.
• Orders with backordered items will be held until all items can ship together.  Incremental shipping of items available upon request.
• Your Shipping Address MUST match PayPal/venmo account (no shipping address changes for orders with PayPal/venmo payments).
• No refunds for digital products, custom programming services or opened software kits. Shipping insurance included on all orders.
• All refunds include deduction of original 4% payment processing fee (of refund amount, 5.5% for Intl. cards) – Purchase wisely!

• You will receive an invoice email after purchase and a tracking email when your order is processed and packed.
• Li-ion battery limits: Orders with 3+ batteries total (with or without a radio) and over 5 lbs. per package will require split shipping.
• Split shipping may require an additional package with extra shipping fees – I will contact you before shipping, if necessary.
