Log into your account then select a tab below. Contact Me (via email or chat) if you need any account help, such as connecting a guest order to your account. Note that account creation is normally done during checkout on a new order.
Please note that if you ordered a high-demand product that is consistantly backordered, your order will show a status of “On-Hold” until I’m ready to process it. You will receive another “Processing” email and then a “Shipped” email with your package tracking link when your order is packed.
I am reporting the shipping status for all high-demand radios on the homepage if you want to check there periodically. Keep in mind that not every number represents an order, as my system skips MANY order numbers.
Please don’t repeatedly request your order status unless you think I’ve somehow passed your order based on the homepage counts. I am filling orders and processing RMA returns as quickly as possible. Cheers and thanks for your patience!
