• USPS Priority Mail and Flat-Rate have the same delivery times. I use recycled & reused packing materials when possible.
• Packages valued at $500 or more require a delivery signature. I DO ship to USPS PO Boxes! My GMRS radios are only legal in the US.
• I ship to most US territories & islands via USPS, including Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, N Mariana Islands & US Virgin Islands.
• I’m currently testing shipments to AUS, CAN, IE, MEX, NZ, UK via GlobalPost Std. Intl. – I will contact you with fee & payment options.
• All import duties/taxes are customer’s responsibility – NO intl. GMRS radio orders. All international sales are final, no returns.
• Sorry, no APO/FPO shipments at this time. You may be able to use a package forwarding service like Shippsy.com or Stackry.com.
• An addl. 3% service fee ($3 min.) will apply on refunds, store credits, holds or mods. for packed shipments.
• All payments are processed when order is placed. CA Sales Tax will be added to all California orders.
• Orders with backordered items will be held until all items can ship together. Incremental shipping of items available upon request.
• Your Shipping Address MUST match PayPal/venmo account (no shipping address changes for orders with PayPal/venmo payments).

• Li-ion battery limits: Orders with 3+ batteries total (with or without a radio) and over 5 lbs. per package will require split shipping.
